When you've placed all desired items in your shopping cart and begin the checkout process, you'll be offered the opportunity to: (1) Order as a Returning Customer or (2) Create a New Customers (My) Account.
If you order as a Returning Customer: Data relating to your order (billing address, gift recipient names and addresses, etc.) will not be retained on our site. Thus, when returning to our site to place future orders, you'll need to input this information again.
If you create an Online Shopping (My) Account: Your billing address, shipping address (if different), gift recipient names and addresses will be retained in our secure database. This way, when you return to place future orders, you save time by not having to re-enter billing and shipping data. To help assure security of your credit card account numbers, we do NOT retain credit card numbers in your Bernie’s Online Shopping Account.
A short time after you submit your order, you'll receive an e-mail confirming the important details of your order. We recommend you print this order confirmation in case you ever want to reference details concerning your order.

If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please make payable to Bernie’s Fine Meats. Send with details of items you wish to purchase (i.e., description, price, quantity, billing address, shipping address, etc.) to the mailing address. Sorry, we cannot accept cash or C.O.D. orders.
Price discounts (product specials, corporate orders & online special offers) cannot be combined.

NOTE: If an order is placed as UPS Ground and received after Noon on Monday and is considered UPS Zone 3, 4 or 5, Bernie’s will ship the order the following Monday to insure product safety.
Shipping charges are based on merchandise total of items shipped to each separate address.

- UPS Ground – Delivery typically in one to five business days of order date
- UPS 3 Day Select – Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day of order date. (Example: Ordered Monday afternoon shipped Tuesday will arrive Friday)
- UPS 2nd Day Air – Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day of order date. (Example: Ordered Monday afternoon shipped Tuesday will arrive Thurday)

Please don't be concerned if all ordered items don't arrive in a single carton or on the same day. Due to packing and shipping limitations, parts of multiple-item orders are sometimes shipped separately. Separate item shipping, where necessary, does not affect shipping charges associated with your order.

Gift Address Accuracy
We guarantee your gifts to arrive in perfect condition to the correct street addresses you provide. Delivery services will not forward our packages and most of our gifts do not anticipate reshipping. Please carefully check accuracy of addresses on your gift list and update any that have changed. We're sorry, but we cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address. Orders places with PO Box address will not be completed.
