NOTE: If an order is placed as UPS Ground and received after Noon on Monday and is considered UPS Zone 3, 4 or 5, Bernie’s will ship the order the following Monday to insure product safety.

Shipping charges are based on merchandise total of items shipped to each separate address.

The following UPS shipping options are available:

• UPS Ground – Delivery typically in one to five business days of order date
• UPS 3 Day Select – Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day of order date
• UPS 2nd Day Air – Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day of order date.
  • Note: Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.
• UPS Next Day Air Saver –
  • Commercial Destinations: Next business day delivery by 3:00 or 4:30 p.m. where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon, respectively.
  • Residential Destinations: Next business day delivery by end of day.
• UPS Next Day Air – Guaranteed next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination of order date

If you don’t specify a preferred arrival time, your order will be shipped immediately.

Please don't be concerned if all ordered items don't arrive in a single carton or on the same day. Due to packing and shipping limitations, parts of multiple-item orders are sometimes shipped separately. Separate item shipping, where necessary, does not affect shipping charges associated with your order.

Q: When will my order ship?

 A: If we receive your order before Noon CST Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, it will usually ship the same day. Orders received after noon will ship the next business day. Because we can't have perishable products in transit over a weekend, orders received after noon Wednesday will ship the following Monday. Average delivery time for standard, ground-shipped orders is within three business days.

 

Example: If an order is placed as UPS Ground, received after Noon on Monday, is considered UPS Zone 3, 4 or 5, Bernie’s will ship the order the following Monday to insure product safety.

Q: How can I expedite delivery of my order?

 A: For orders that must be delivered quickly or to meet a particular need date, you may specify optional Second Day or Next Day Air shipment. Available at additional cost, these expedited air services can deliver products within 2 days or next day following order placement.

Q: How do I know when my order has been shipped?

 A: Using the email address you provided when ordering, we’ll send you an email message confirming shipment of your order.

Q: Can I track my order after it’s shipped?

 A: Bernie’s can provide the UPS tracking number. Go directly to the UPS website and enter the shipment tracking number and UPS will provide simple tracking instructions.

Q: Do you ship products overseas?

 A: Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we can ship only to locations in the continental United States, Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require UPS Next Day Air and\or UPS Next Day Air Saver shipping charges.
