Shipping & Handling

• Orders being sent to Midwest States will be generally shipped via UPS Ground . Certain areas of the country, due to weather conditions, location and the products ordered will be shipped UPS 3-Day Select. This ensures that you receive the freshest product possible.
• If you have any questions, please call us at (800) 883-6065 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, CST. 
•  We ship on Mondays to most states. If your gift is being shipped to WI or one of the immediate states surrounding WI, it will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. If your request a specific date in the comments section, we will attempt delivery as close as possible to your desired arrival date. However, due to varied schedules in the delivery service, the actual shipping date must be left to our discretion.
•  If you are shipping to AK, HI or a PO Box, please call the above number for further details on shipping.
•  Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are via UPS. Please call us for further details.
•  We guarantee deliveries in good condition to correct addresses only. Please be certain all addresses are current, complete, and correct. If the address provided is incorrect, an additional charge will be billed to you when we reship the gift.
•  We’ll attempt delivery as close as possible to your specified arrival date. Due to varied schedules in delivery services, the actual shipping date must be left to our discretion.
•  Please remember that our products are perishable. Due to distance and the length of time for your order to arrive, we find it necessary to require shipping via UPS to certain areas of the country.
•  We are unable to accept orders to foreign countries, including Canada.
• Benaczak’s Inc. (DBA Bernie’s Fine Meats) reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value, without notification, in case necessary ingredients cannot be obtained.
• We do not accept returned perishable items and/or gift boxes.
